Nice, simple rooms and great location directly across the street from the beach. Rooftop pool is really nice with an expansive ocean view. Currently construction on three sides of the building that starts at 7:00am and ends after dark. Also, construction workers amplify music throughout the day as well. Hotel restaurant has not been open, perhaps only open on weekends.

Great small hotel with large rooms & great pools. Wi-Fi ok but unable to connect tv to fire stick. Nice patio & free secure covered parking. About 2 block walk to Zicatelas business area. Many bars & rest. Hotel has its own beach access. Beautiful views from rooftop pool.

When we arrived in PE we actually booked another hotel and we’re extremely surprised to see cockroaches. We left immediately and luckily this hotel had a room available. I was so nervous but the room was clean and staff were friendly. We enjoyed 4 days. The pools are great, especially for our baby. When we left the hotel for Huatulco I accidentally forgot my purse in the room. I called and Crystal kept it safe for me. There was no way getting it there so she hand delivered it. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I got my purse back. I was very grateful!

Definitely one of the best hotels we have ever been to! Can’t complain about anything, we were super happy with our stay. We got the beautiful room with nice terrace and a view over the ocean. There is an easy access to the beach, just about 50 meters from the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful environment. It’s a place to chill out, go surfing and explore the city. The hotel’s stuff was super helpful and kind to us doing their best to make our stay better. We can totally recommend it! Infinity pool on the rooftop is our favourite place in Blater Hotel.

Amazing place with great view and great service. The rooftop with the pool is amazing. You have the most beautiful view. Views from the room are great as well and you hear the waves at night. I wish I could stay more. The only thing is the internet is not strong enough to be able to work. And it's not close to zicatela restaurants area. So you have to walk minimum 10min to find a restaurant

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, perfect in its 10-year old simplicity (as of 2022). Food below is from their restaurant next door (closes at 4pm) which is maybe the best on the whole Zicatela strip!

Awesome view and located in the quiet side of the town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed having breakfast at their restaurant every morning. Lucy and the cook provided excellent service. I love the swimming pool …
